How to use?

  1. Create a Zapier account and sign in.
  2. Click Create Zap and choose a trigger app and trigger event.
  3. Connect your trigger app account and test the trigger to pull sample data.
  4. Add one or more actions (target apps) and map fields from the trigger to each action.
  5. Use built-in steps (Format, Formatter, Delay, Paths) to transform data or add branching logic.
  6. Add an AI step (where available) to summarize, classify, or generate content as part of the Zap.
  7. Test the full Zap end-to-end, enable it, then monitor runs and logs on the Zap dashboard.
